Our reading types
Direct reading
The meters are read manually by a municipal employee or by the owners, who then transmit their readings via the municipal website.
Remote reading< (Touch-Pad)
The meters are fitted with a cable with an encoded output, connected to an external "pad" enabling the municipality to read the data via a portable device.
Reading by Radio Frequencies
The meters are connected to a radio antenna, enabling the municipality to read the meters from a vehicle equipped witha tablet. You can choose to receive a history of readings or only the current reading.
Cellular wave reading
The best solution for Quebec municipalities. The cellular antenna records data every 15 minutes and sends it to the BEACON platform 4 times a day, giving network managers rapid access to reliable, accurate data. Receive alerts in the event of leaks, meter breakage or backflow, and also monitor network pressure with ultrasonic meters.
